What is the operation process of SF6 gas recovery and purification device

1. Recover SF6 gas

The SF6 is extracted from a gas chamber, and the gas automatically flows through the purification filter. The SF6 gas is then compressed, cooled and purified by the SF6 compressor, and the SF6 gas is stored in the SF6 storage tank in liquid form under a certain high pressure.

2. SF6 switch vacuum

Use a vacuum pump to remove the gas in the electrical switch, and the outlet of the vacuum pump leads to the atmosphere.

3. Inflatable

The purified and dried SF6 gas is charged back into the evacuated gas chamber from the storage tank until the pressure in the gas chamber reaches the set working pressure.

Do it in two steps:

1. With the help of the pressure of the SF6 storage tank, the gas is vaporized and flows to the SF6 switch until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached.
2. When the pressure of the SF6 storage tank is balanced with the pressure of the SF6 switch, the compressor is used to pressurize and inflate until the predetermined inflation pressure is reached.
