6. When the effluent of the filtrate gradually decreases, the filter cake is fully formed between the filter chambers, the hydraulic cylinder is loosened, the filter plates are pulled apart from one by one, and the filter cake falls from the filter plates.

7. The filter plate opening form is divided into a manual, automatic single block, automatic multi-block, one-time opening, etc.

The difference between chamber filter press and diaphragm filter press:

Different filter plate structures: two kinds of filter plates used in chamber filter press are staggered and spliced, one solid filter plate and one frame filter plate. The diaphragm filter press uses two different filter plates, one is a solid filter plate and the other is a hollow filter plate, and the filter plate used in the diaphragm filter press has a diaphragm cavity on both sides.
