Our semi-automatic aluminum tube filler works functions on semi-automatic function and hence the operator manually feeds the tubes on to the feeder holding station. Once the tube reaches the filling station, the filling process gets done with specially designed filling syringe. There is a pneumatic cut-off system provided in the machine for drip free filling. After filling these tubes are forwarded to the crimping station. Crimping done in two phases – in phase one there is one side of the tube press then in second phase it has been crimped by two side folding. After crimping there is batch coding station where batch no and manufacturing date pressed batch stereo set. Duly filled, crimped and batch coded tubes are automatically ejected through automatic bottom pushed lever.
