PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

PG present Seepex with the widest range of progressive cavity pumps in acc with ISO, API standards since 1982. In addition to complementing PG packages and systems with standard products, PG have developed a range of bespoke solutions in close partnership with Seepex, like the heavy duty PG-MACS 130-18V units for drill cuttings, and other class leading products. To get more news about progressive cavity pump spare parts, you can visit brysonpump.com official website.

Seepex pumps handle products with low shear and a gentle pumping action. Oil and water mixtures are transported with least
damage to the oil droplet size and no risk of creating emulsions that are hard to separate.

Oil, water and gas are transported reliably by our uniquely configured pumps with control systems helping them deal with variable flow regimes.

Seepex pumps can handle solids. For our largest pumps we can handle solid sizes of 55 mm (0,18 ft). Sand is handled with ease
with low internal fluid velocities resulting in a very erosion tolerant construction.
A large auger inlet and screw conveyor. The screw conveyor extends to the compression area to push the sludge cake into the rotor and stator to provide consistent pumping.
Maintain in place version has a specially designed feed chamber, easily disconnected allowing access to the rotor and screw conveyor assembly, allowing removal of the rotor and stator, without disconnecting suction and delivery pipework.
Materials of construction, available in cast iron or stainless steel, with a choice of rotor and stator material and options for hoppers and bridge breakers.
Robust drives, specially selected drives and gearboxes for longer life. Options include electric motor drive units supplied as direct-coupled or variable speed drives with mechanical variable speed or frequency inverter.
Low running speeds, reduced wear for a longer working pump life which extends the periods between routine maintenance. Important in heavy cake applications.
